Cancellation Policy — AI Builders Cohort

All Sales Are Final
By enrolling and completing payment for the AI Builders Cohort, you agree that your registration is confirmed and non-cancellable. We do not offer cancellations in any form or manner, once the payment has been processed.
No Cancellations. No Exceptions.
Once you have paid for the cohort, your seat is locked in and the program resources, curriculum, and cohort infrastructure are immediately allocated to you. For this reason, cancellation requests will not be entertained — regardless of the reason, timing, or circumstance.
This includes but is not limited to:
Change of mind after payment
Personal schedule conflicts
Inability to attend classes after enrollment
Requests made within minutes, hours, or days of payment
What You Can Do Instead
While cancellations are not permitted, we encourage you to reach out to us if you're facing any challenges with attending the cohort. We will do our best to support you in completing the program successfully.

Refund Policy
Cancellation and refunds are two separate policies. Please refer to our Refund Policy page to understand the conditions under which a performance-based refund may be applicable at the end of the 12-week cohort.
